Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Manila seeks an experienced Investment Banking Reference Data Analyst (Associate) to oversee critical reference data across systems, ensure quality, and support regulatory reporting. You will collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Audit, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting to balance urgent business needs with long-term strategy.

The role requires 8–10 years in static data, knowledge of banking ops and financial instruments, and a capacity to work in the EMEA schedule

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• 8–10 years of experience in static data.
• Knowledge of banking operations and financial products is required.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact/Backup in absence of AVP.
• Managing & monitoring of the mailboxes.
• Arranging connects for the team with the Stakeholders.
• Assisting the team in terms of processing the request.
• Ensure that regulatory and audit deadlines and obligations are effectively met.
• Preparation of process KOP & assisting the team in KOP accordingly.
• Training/UAT testing/IT support.
