Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Manila seeks an experienced Reference Data Analyst to oversee data lifecycle and ensure quality across systems. You will coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Audit, and Compliance while supporting data set-up, storage, and distribution.

The role emphasizes participation in projects to streamline infrastructure, meet regulatory requirements, and drive efficiency with strong data controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in static data management.
• Basic knowledge of banking operations and financial products (FI, derivatives).
• Strong communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact and backup for AVP.
• Manage and monitor team mailboxes and stakeholder connects.
• Ensure regulatory and audit deadlines are met.
• Prepare process KOP and assist in process changes.
• Provide training, UAT, and IT support.
• Lead remediation and incident escalation as needed.
