Job summary

Visa Hunt in the Philippines seeks an Associate for Investment and Accounting Operations to support multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. You will handle trade confirmations, P&L, and cash/position reconciliations, while ensuring data integrity across OMS/PMS platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in alternative investments, a degree in accounting/finance/business, and strong communication skills. CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the alt investment management industry with fund administration or internal accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business or PH equivalent; CPA preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment products, markets and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple clients in a high-energy environment with proactive communication.
• Deliver exceptional client service and professional handling of queries.
• Operate knowledgeably across securities incl. equities, ETFs, swaps, and FX.
• Daily trade confirmation/settlement and P&L reconciliation.
• Corporate actions, proxy voting, and cash/position reconciliation.
• Onboard brokers and counterparties; ensure data integrity and security.
• Participate in client calls across time zones to support local business hours.
• Assist team in resolving complex issues and learn company risk policies.

Associate, Investment and Accounting Operations

Position Details

1. Title: Associate, Investment and Accounting Operations

2. Location: Philippines

3. Estimated Start Date: June 15–July 15, 2026 (assumes 30–60-day notice with employer)

4. Target Salary: Up to 100,000 PHP per month

Responsibilities

1. Exhibit the ability to work in a high energy environment supporting multiple clients simultaneously.

2. Deliver exceptional client service through proactive communication with responsiveness, professionalism and tact.

3. Operational Expertise: demonstrate considerable understanding of key operational functions which may include, but not be limited to:

• Demonstrate high-level knowledge of securities including equities, ETFs, swaps, options, fixed income, futures, foreign exchange – crypto a plus

• Daily trade confirmation/settlement

• Fails management

• Daily P&L reconciliation and reporting

• Corporate action and proxy voting processing

• Cash/position reconciliation

• Broker/counter-party onboarding

• Security set-up and data integrity maintenance

1. Actively participate in daily, weekly, monthly, or as-needed virtual calls with U.S./U.K. client offices to support clients during their local business hours.

2. The successful candidate will be one of the key points of contact for all operational queries and will interact closely with clients/prime brokers/administrators and internally across the Business, Middle Office and Operations.

3. Learn and adhere to the company’s risk parameters, policies and procedures.

4. Assist team members with resolution of complex issues/problems.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in the alternative Investment Management industry (Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Cryptocurrency) at a fund administrator or internal accounting department at an Alternative Investment fund with a deep understanding of domain knowledge and proven ability to manage teams.

2. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent certification in Philippines.

3. CPA, equivalent accounting certification in Philippines.

Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software including Sage Intacct, QuickBooks and Xero as well as knowledge and understanding of well-known Order Management Systems (OMS) and Portfolio Management Systems (PMS) which may include, but not be limited to: SS&C EZE Eclipse, Clearwater Enfusion, LiquidityBook and/or FIS Global Hedge360.
