Job summary

Pilmico, part of Aboitiz Foods, seeks a Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch across regions, ensuring accurate stocks and compliant FIFO operations.

You will lead the warehouse team, monitor aging inventory, coordinate with QA, and develop data-driven processes to reduce losses while maintaining safety and efficiency. SAP 4HANA experience and ERP project exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 3–5 years in Warehousing & Inventory, or 1 year as supervisor.
• Experience using SAP 4HANA.
• ERP project implementation experience is a plus.
• Master data management experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse team and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Ensure FIFO in loading/dispatch and monitor aging stock.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update records.
• Collaborate with QA on finished goods quality status.
• Lead loading operations and ensure safe handling of products.
• Prepare monthly warehousing and handling accruals.
• Provide guidance and develop the inventory team.
