Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an Inventory and Warehouse Management Specialist to oversee inventory accuracy, data analytics, reporting, and logistics strategy execution. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations and adherence to ISO standards, helping drive sustainable energy initiatives.

The role emphasizes accurate receiving, issuance, shipment tracking, and proactive stock monitoring, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year exposure in warehousing, power plants, construction or similar.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and follow ISO-based standards.

Responsibilities

• Review delivered items for quantity and type; ensure accurate data entry in the system (Maximo).
• Prepare documents for payment processing and allocate storage space for inventory.
• Coordinate issuance requests and prepare items for end-user delivery.
• Track incoming/outgoing shipments and ensure on-time, safe delivery of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or obsolescence; prepare regular reports for the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Adhere to ISO 9001/14001/45001/55000 standards and ISMS policies.
