WalterMart Supermarket, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Officer / Inventory Officer to lead control procedures and asset security across the organization.

The role focuses on safeguarding cash, inventory, documents, and data while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely reporting. The incumbent will support the implementation of control standards, manage training for control staff, and act as a process champion for selling, front end, and warehouse operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Administration related courses.
• With at least 2 years relevant experience in control, audit and inventory.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures the safety and security of company assets including cash, inventory, documents, data, receivables and fixed assets.
• Ensures inventory accuracy across stores and warehouses.
• Assists in the implementation of control standards and procedures.
• In-charge of the training and development of the Control personnel.
• Champions standards as a process owner for selling, front end, warehouse operations and clearing procedures.
• Ensures timely and accurate submission of reports.

Job Summary

Compliance Officer / Inventory Officer is the overall in-charge of the implementation of the Control procedures and security of company assets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety and security of the company assets that includes cash, inventory, documents, data, receivables, and fixed assets
• Ensures inventory accuracy
• Assists in the implementation of the control standards
• In-charge on the training and development of the Control personnel
• Ensures that all the standards are implemented as a process champion of selling, front end, warehouse operations and clearing procedures
• Ensures the accuracy and timely submission of reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Administration related courses
• With atleast 2 years relevant experience in control, audit and inventory
