Qualifications

• College graduate with a 4-year business degree.
• At least 1–2 years in inventory management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and inventory software.
• Strong data entry accuracy and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in spreadsheets and inventory management systems
• Process stock receipts, issuances, transfers, and adjustments with proper documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for supervisors and management
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams regarding stock availability and discrepancies
• Assist in physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities
• File and organize delivery receipts, purchase orders, and inventory-related documents
• Monitor reorder levels and notify relevant teams about low-stock items
• Investigate inventory variances and report findings to supervisors promptly
