Job summary

Chain Glass Enterprises Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking an Inventory Officer to manage warehouse stock at Chain Glass - Taytay, Rizal. The role requires monitoring incoming and outgoing items, updating records, and supporting stock audits.

You will work on-site Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, using SAP ERP and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and timely replenishment. A minimum of 1 year in warehouse or logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, retail inventory, or logistics.
• Proficient with ERP software, specifically SAP.
• Familiar with using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to spot and audit discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Stock tracking: Monitor daily items coming in and out of the warehouse or store.
• Record Keeping: Update inventory management databases or enterprise systems.
• Audits and Reconciliations: Run physical stock counts and fix any count mistakes.
• Reporting: Create stock level reports, aging sheets, and turnover lists for managers.
• Vendor Coordination: Help order replenishment stock and check incoming product quality.
