Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries for damage, quality standards, and correct quantities against purchase orders.
• Data Entry & Tracking: Record item details, SKU numbers, and stock movements accurately in computerized databases or software systems like ERP/WMS.
• Stock Organization: Label items using barcodes, arrange products logically in storage areas, and maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse floor.
• Auditing & Counting: Perform regular physical counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations to identify discrepancies or missing stock.
• Monitoring & Restocking: Track low stock thresholds and notify supervisors or procurement teams when items need replenishment.
