Job summary

BIGHOP CONSULTANCY SERVICES is seeking an Inventory & Product Specialist to ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of all company inventory across Apple retail stores and warehouses in the Philippines. You will supervise receiving, storage, display, and sale processes to keep records and safeguard assets.

You will conduct regular counts, reconcile records, investigate variances, and prepare audit reports while maintaining compliance with policies and audit requirements.

Job description

The Inventory & Product Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, security, and integrity of all company inventory across Apple retail stores and warehouses. This role oversees inventory control processes from receiving and storage to product display and sale, ensuring that all Apple products, accessories, and other company assets are properly recorded, monitored, and safeguarded.

The position is responsible for conducting regular physical inventory counts, monitoring stock movements, reconciling system records with actual inventory, investigating inventory variances, and preparing inventory and audit reports. The role also ensures the proper handling, storage, and security of high-value Apple products and accessories.

The Inventory & Product Specialist must ensure compliance with company policies, Apple operational standards, inventory control procedures, and internal audit requirements. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory records, preventing losses, supporting efficient store operations, and ensuring that the right products are available to support sales and customer service Qualifications:

• With experience in Inventory Management
