Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. is seeking an on-site Inventory Manager in Taguig with 1–3 years of experience. The role involves managing inventory and order fulfillment for healthcare operations, coordinating with hospitals, and ensuring accurate reporting and invoicing.

The position requires a 4-year course and experience with SAP and Excel. On-site work withHealth Insurance and job training benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Any 4 yr course.
• Experience in inventory or order fulfillment for at least 2 years.
• Proficient in SAP System.
• Proficient in Excel / Spreadsheet.
• SAP System communication skills and Microsoft Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock.
• Replenish items based on usage and reorder points.
• Track expiry dates and batch numbers.
• Provide regular inventory reports (weekly/monthly).
• Forecast demand and adjust orders accordingly.
• Maintain order records.
• Coordinate restocking or pull-out based on client usage.
• Track delivered or sold items and generate invoices.
• Visit assigned hospitals according to schedule.
• Coordinate with lab staff to collect assay usage data.
• Check inventory levels (reagents, consumables).
• Prepare and submit required reports.
