Job summary

JBW FloorCenter, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage daily inventory reporting and monthly physical counts.

The role includes consolidating stock records, adjusting counts and purchase orders, and safeguarding PO and DR copies across inter-branch and warehouse operations. Candidate should have 4+ years of education in Computer Science/Information Technology, with 1–2 years in inventory as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least 4 years Graduate of Computer Science/Information Technology.
• At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in INVENTORY is an advantage for this position
• Has keen attention to details.
• Has good communication skills.
• Has initiative and able to deal with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit daily inventory report to the Inventory Office Department.
• Administer monthly inventory physical count.
• Consolidate the physical records of stocks by making necessary adjustments in count and sales/purchase orders.
• Compile and safe keep hard copies of Purchase Order (P.O. - for inter branch and warehouse) and Delivery Receipts (D.R.).
• Administer the receiving/release of outgoing and ingoing deliveries.
• Process Product purchase orders for store stocks and customer from warehouse and nearby branches.
