Job summary

Professional Gear Inc. in Makati is seeking a full-time Inventory Planner to manage stock levels across product lines and ensure availability to meet customer demand.

You will prepare and review demand forecasts, analyze sales and usage data, and adjust inventory plans accordingly. Responsibilities include creating and tracking purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and maintaining accurate records in ERP systems to support efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Inventory Planning and Inventory Control skills, with experience managing stock levels and replenishment.
• Proficiency in Demand Planning and forecasting, including analysis of historical data and trends.
• Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience handling Purchase Orders, including creation, tracking, and coordination with suppliers.
• Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems and proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, apparel, or industrial products is an advantage.

Role Description
