Job summary

Petron Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Planner to provide planning analysis of inventory stocks and material usage within SAP-based processes. The role involves managing MRP, inventory planning, and SRM transactions for assigned areas, ensuring timely re-orders and accurate reporting.

The candidate will coordinate with Procurement and Inventory Planning to optimize stock levels, prepare requisitions, and maintain master data for warehouse stocks, with focus on SAP ERP and SRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years in Warehousing and Materials Management.
• 2–4 years working experience in MRP, Inventory Planning, and Supply Chain.
• Experience in SAP ECC6-MRP and SRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning analysis of inventory stocks for assigned area.
• Analyze and review material usages (Min-Max) including EOQ and MOQ before ordering materials.
• Manage proper re-ordering of regular stock materials / Materials Requirement Planning in SAP; prepare status reports for requisitions.
• Create Purchase Requisition for regular stock in SAP; use Shopping Cart (ShC) in SRM when applicable.
• Coordinate and supply material specifications needed by Procurement regarding re-orders.
• Provide data to Inventory Planning Supervisor for updates of Masterfile for new warehouse stocks and removal of obsolete items.
• Prepare materials, chemical inventory and other reports as requested by Inventory Planning Supervisor and/or MMD Manager.

Job Summary:

• Provide planning analysis of inventory stocks of his/her assigned area.


• Provide analysis and review material usages (Min-Max Review) including the (EOQ) Economic Order Quantity and (MOQ) Minimum Order Quantity prior to ordering of materials of his/her assigned area.


• Handle the proper re-ordering of regular stock materials / Materials Requirement Planning in SAP. Prepares report of status of outstanding requisitions.


• Creates Purchase Requisition for regular stock materials in SAP. Otherwise, Shopping Cart (ShC) in SRM.


• Coordinate and supply as necessary the material specifications/additional data needed by Procurement buyers relating to inquiries on re-orders.


• Provide data to Inventory Planning Supervisor for updates of Masterfile for newly recommended warehouse stocks with the objective of removing those no longer needed.


• Prepares materials, chemical inventory and other reports as requested by the Inventory Planning Supervisor and/or MMD Manager.
