Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring for Inventory Operations and Data Support in Pasay City. The role focuses on maintaining inventory master data, performing stock reconciliations, and supporting ERP systems like Odoo and 365 Retail Markets.

The position operates on a hybrid schedule with day shifts. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in inventory control, strong Excel skills, and experience with POs, goods receipts, and supplier invoices.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in inventory control, supply chain admin, procurement, or ERP ops.
• Hands-on with inventory master data in an ERP; Odoo preferred.
• Experience processing POs, goods receipts, supplier invoices, reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Sharp detail orientation, organization, and process management.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory master data, product info, pricing, and classifications in Odoo and 365 Retail Markets.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock adjustments, cycle counts, and variances.
• Support inventory transfers between warehouses and market locations with proper docs and controls.
• Create and maintain POs, process goods receipts and supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as super-user for Odoo, assist users with inventory concerns and system configs.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports and analyze movements and shrinkage.
• Identify obsolete stock and assist in valuation and month-end reconciliation.
• Identify process improvements for reporting, systems efficiency, and automation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and test new Odoo functionality.

Your Role

As an Inventory Operations and Data Support, you will:

• Maintain accurate inventory master data, product information, pricing, and classifications within Odoo and 365 Retail Markets.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock adjustments, cycle counts, and stocktake variances.
• Support inventory transfers between warehouses and market locations while ensuring proper documentation and controls.
• Create and maintain Purchase Orders, process goods receipts and supplier invoices, and resolve procurement discrepancies.
• Serve as an operational super-user for Odoo, supporting users with inventory-related concerns and maintaining system processes and configurations.
• Support market managers with scan and item issues and liaise with 365 Retail Markets Support to resolve pricing and promotional discrepancies.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and analyze inventory movements, shrinkage, stock availability, and adjustments.
• Identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory and support inventory valuation and month-end reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, reporting, system efficiency, and automation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and support the testing and implementation of new Odoo functionality.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain administration, procurement, warehouse operations, or ERP administration.
• Hands-on experience maintaining inventory master data within an ERP system; Odoo experience is highly preferred.
• Experience processing Purchase Orders, goods receipts, supplier invoices, and inventory reconciliations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and process management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with warehouse, finance, purchasing, and other stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience with Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with 365 Retail Markets or other POS/inventory management platforms.
• Experience supporting ERP users and troubleshooting system or data issues.
• Strong process-oriented mindset with an interest in automation, AI, and continuous improvement.
• Experience developing SOPs and improving inventory controls and reporting.
• Proactive, organized, collaborative, and comfortable working across multiple teams.
