Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Management Clerk for the Bangar, La Union depot to monitor, analyze, and report inventory movements.

You will collate daily reports, reconcile movements, and update stock reports while ensuring data integrity and timely reporting. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong Excel and math skills preferred, with willingness to work shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; open to Business, Marketing or related courses.
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet tools.
• Keen to details and has good mathematical ability.

Responsibilities

• Collate, record, and review daily sounding, product receiving, and product transfer reports, including additives, dyes, and blending components.
• Reconcile daily product movement and report variances and reasons for variances.
• Update daily product stock reports and submit to relevant parties.
• Handle updating and submission of all inventory reports.
• Generate, update, and submit regular and special inventory reports.
• Analyze product movements and maintain inventory data integrity.
• Report intolerable or excessive variances to all concerned parties.
• Log terminal requests and forms and office-related requisitions.
• Organize regular operations meetings as necessary.
• Serve as a member of the Fire Brigade and Oil Spill Contingency Team.

What is this role about?

This role will monitor, analyze, and report product inventory movements in the assigned depot/terminal.

What will YOU do?

• Collate, record, and review daily sounding, product receiving, and product transfer reports, including additives, dyes, and blending components.
• Reconcile daily product movement and report the variances and reasons for variances.
• Update daily product stock reports and submits this to relevant parties.
• Handle the updating and submission of all inventory reports.
• Generate, update, and submit all regular (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) and special inventory reports.
• Analyze product movements and maintain the integrity of the inventory data.
• Report intolerable or excessive variances to all concerned parties.
• Log all terminal requests and forms and office‑related requisitions, as necessary.
• Organize regular operations meeting, as necessary.
• Serve as a member of the Fire Brigade and Oil Spill Contingency Team.
• Handle other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
