SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Management Clerk in Zamboanga City. The role focuses on strategic procurement, logistics planning of feedstocks, chemicals and biomass, and regular supplier statement reconciliation to support plant operations.

You will monitor product movements, analyze vessel performance, and ensure safe, compliant operations with proper documentation and incident response capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supply chain experience.
• Experience in petroleum terminals or maintenance/ops of pumps, valves, instruments.
• Background in project management and logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or related fields.
• Supply chain certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping programs for Terminal/Depot.
• Oversee product movement activities ensuring safety and compliance.
• Analyze vessel and tank performance; suggest variance prevention.
• Ensure optimal manning for all operations.
• Inspect loading and dispatching activities regularly.
• Maintain depot documents, permits, licenses, and calibration records.
• Assist in incident response to minimize impact to people and assets.
• Investigation of incidents and risk assessments.
• Act as reliever for Terminal Manager/Depot Supervisor when needed.
• Coordinate on quality, schedules, and vessel/tank requirements.
• Initiate depot-related requisitions for additives and consumables.

What is this role about?

This role is responsible for strategic procurement and efficient logistics planning of feedstocks, chemicals and biomass to ensure that the plant operating cost is at the lowest possible. He/She is also tasked to do supplier statement reconciliation regularly and support operations with purchasing issues for feedstocks, chemicals and biomass.

What will YOU do?

• Initiate, execute, and ensure the completion of the maintenance and housekeeping programs of the Terminal/ Depot

• Attend incoming and outgoing product movement activities and ensure that they are conducted in a safe and proper manner.

• Analyze performance of vessels and storage tanks and make recommendations to prevent recurrence of significant variances.

• Ensure that all operational activities are carried out with optimal manning assignments.

• Conduct regular inspection of loading and dispatching activities.

• Responsible for safe keeping and updating of Terminal/Depot related documents, statutory permits and licenses, calibration certificates, plans and layouts, internal memos, and external correspondences.

• Assist in responding to accidents or incidents inside the terminal/depot to mitigate, control, and reduce harmful impact to people, assets, and environment

• Conduct incident investigation.

• Perform as the reliever of the Terminal Manager/ Depot Supervisor during their absence.

• Coordinate on matters related to product quality, safety, vessel schedule, tank truck requirements, engineering projects.

• Initiate requisition of depot related requirements such as additives, consumables, supplies and materials.

• Perform related functions as may be delegated by the Terminal Manager / Depot Supervisor from time to time.
  

What will YOU need?

• At least 3 years of supply chain experience

• Must have experience working in petroleum terminals or with exposure in maintenance and operations of pumps, valves, instruments, and others (petroleum or natural gasses)

• Basic background in project management and logistics

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or other related courses

• Supply chain certification is advantage
