Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 0–3 years in inventory, warehouse, or stores management.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory and stock movements.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory systems.
• Perform stock verification and physical counts.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, procurement, and sales teams.
• Track inward and outward material movement.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation.
• Identify stock shortages, excess inventory, and discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.
• Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
• Follow company inventory policies and procedures.
