Job summary

Trust Hardware Phils., Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Encoder to support our warehouse workflows by ensuring accurate encoding of inventory transactions.

This role contributes to inventory accuracy and efficient processing across Receiving, Transfers, Dispatches, and adjustments. You will handle documents (RRs, DRs, Transfer Slips), keep ERP records updated, coordinate with warehousing teams, assist in counts, and prepare inventory reports.

Qualifications

• College graduate or currently pursuing related course.
• Experience in warehouse operations or inventory encoding is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Encode warehouse transactions, including receiving, stock transfers, dispatches, returns, and inventory adjustments.
• Process warehouse documents such as Receiving Receipts (RRs), Delivery Receipts (DRs), and Transfer Slips.
• Verify documents before encoding to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain updated inventory records in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, Dispatch, and Purchasing teams regarding transaction issues.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and physical inventory counts.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
