Job summary

BIRC International Resources Corp in Quezon City, Metro Manila invites applications for a Warehouse Encoder. In this full-time role, you will accurately record, input, and manage inventory data to support efficient warehouse operations, order fulfilment, and overall supply chain accuracy.

You will work with the warehouse team, use a warehouse management system and Excel, perform regular counts, generate reports, and ensure data integrity and timely communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as warehouse encoder or data entry in retail/warehouse.
• Proficiency with WMS and Excel.
• Strong typing with high accuracy.
• Able to multitask in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately encode and input warehouse transaction data into the inventory management system, including receipts, shipments, transfers, and stock adjustments
• Verify and validate product information, including SKU codes, descriptions, quantities, and pricing details prior to data entry
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all warehouse activities and transactions using designated software systems
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Prepare and generate warehouse reports, picking lists, packing slips, and other documentation as required
• Communicate inventory status and any data inconsistencies to warehouse supervisors and management
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies, procedures, and data security protocols
• Support the warehouse team in coordinating stock movements and maintaining an efficient warehouse layout
• Assist with quality control checks to verify accuracy of shipments and inventory levels

About the role

BIRC International Resources Corp is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Encoder to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Encoder, you will be responsible for accurately recording, inputting, and managing inventory data to ensure seamless warehouse management and order fulfilment processes. This role is essential to the smooth functioning of our retail and consumer products operations, directly supporting our supply chain excellence and customer satisfaction objectives.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a warehouse encoder, data entry specialist, or similar role within a retail or warehouse environment
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic mathematical skills for inventory calculations and reconciliations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with warehouse teams
• Reliability and commitment to maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality
