Job summary

Sucree Coco and Love, Inc. is seeking a Messenger/Inventory Assistant to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. The role combines Office Messenger duties with Inventory Assistant responsibilities in Pasig.

Responsibilities include delivering and picking up documents, processing government documents, receiving and inspecting inventory, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to work Saturday.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of inventory control and documentation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory systems).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Physically fit to handle warehouse and fieldwork tasks.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up documents, mail, and parcels between departments, branches, or stores.
• Handle basic external tasks such as processing documents in government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, City Hall).
• Ensure sensitive materials are delivered directly to recipients with signatures when required.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory deliveries.
• Verify delivered items against delivery receipts and purchase orders.
• Assist in proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory items.
• Prepare items for issuance, transfer, or delivery based on approved requests.
• Update inventory monitoring sheets and systems accurately and timely.
• Assist in regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to Inventory Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area.
• Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and finance as needed.
• Comply with company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
