Job summary

Sucree Coco and Love, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in Pasig. You will help receive, inspect, store, issue, and monitor stock while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with logistics, purchasing, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory deliveries
• Verify delivered items against delivery receipts, purchase orders, and inventory records
• Assist in proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory items
• Prepare items for issuance, transfer, or delivery based on approved requests
• Update inventory monitoring sheets and systems accurately and timely
• Assist in regular physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Inventory Supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area
• Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and finance teams as needed
• Comply with company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures
