Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 4–6 years of professional experience required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting for Inventory, Distribution, COGS and related costs.
• Ensure timely closing per calendar and SLA, with SOX/compliance.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and accuracy of actuals.
• Support auditors and regulatory requirements as needed.
• Lead and train new team members and BPO partners.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize cost and process efficiency.
