Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit seeks an A2R DS Team Lead in Taguig, Philippines. You will oversee complete accounting for Inventory, Distribution, and costing, ensuring accuracy and compliance across SOX controls.

The role partners with Supply Chain and IT to drive closing deadlines and process improvements. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years’ experience with GAAP knowledge, strong analytics, and supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional experience required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account for Inventory, Distribution, Costing and OCNI S; ensure accuracy.
• Manage closing calendars, SLA commitments, and SOX/compliance.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and controls.
• Lead training for new team members and partners.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and internal auditors.
• Support global policies and process improvements.
