Job Summary:

• Oversees the overall inventory of all inventoriables of Sacobia plant
• Manage stocks movements (in and out) to ensure complete stocks of all inventoriables
• Maintain proper and complete inventory monitoring templates and reports
• Monitor any deviation or variances in inventory, stocks, supply and production.

Duties and Reaponsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound inventory and movement of Sacobia Plant
• Consolidate all inventories of all warehouses (internal and external) of Sacobia Plant
• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
• Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
• Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize stocks and avoid near expiry
• Collect and analyze data to determine appropriate inventory level of all raw materials and finished goods
• Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely provision of all stocks needed
• Track rates of accuracy of inbound and outbound to ensure smooth inventory flow
• Prepare, generate, and file all inventory-related reports; review reports monthly with management
• Weekly and monthly physical count of all inventoriables for Audit compliance
• Perform other related and reliever duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
