This role ensures that inventory levels meet operational needs while minimizing discrepancies and optimizing stock management processes. You will conduct regular counts for received stocks, cycle counts, and physical inventory; report overstocking/under-stocking promptly; monitor discrepancies and implement corrective actions; manage auto

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• At least 6 months related experience in inventory or similar role.
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory checks for received stocks, cycle counts, and physical inventory.
• Report on overstocking and under-stocking issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Manage auto replenishment of stocks to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Assess damages and coordinate efforts to reduce overstocking and under-stocking risks.
• Analyze stock movements to determine strategies for product pushing or rationalization.
• Use inventory data to forecast future needs and improve inventory management strategies.
• Provide accurate inventory reports critical for store operations and future management decisions.
