Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in inventory or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge in inventory systems and basic MS Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Receive, check, and record incoming deliveries.
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies.
• Organize and store stocks properly in the warehouse or stockroom.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counting.
• Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse team regarding stock levels.
• Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving items.
• Report shortages, overages, and damaged items to management.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of storage area.
