Job summary

H&S Premiere Corporation in Taguig, Metro Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and manage stock movements in our ERP system.

You will monitor expiry dates, FEFO compliance, and slow-moving items, print and verify barcodes and gum tags for key accounts, and ensure proper documentation for audits. Fresh graduates and applicants with ERP/WMS experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 2nd-year college level; a graduate of any course is an advantage.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory, stockroom, or warehouse operations. Fresh graduates with relevant OJT are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel; ERP/WMS experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of barcode and label printing, or willingness to learn.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and good with numbers.
• Willing to undergo training and work on shifting schedules when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system and ensure all stock movements are recorded correctly and on time.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory, investigate stock variances, and prepare inventory reconciliation reports.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, FEFO compliance, and slow-moving items; prepare inventory reports and coordinate concerns with relevant departments.
• Print and verify barcodes and gum tags for key account orders, ensuring accurate product details, quantities, and customer labeling requirements before picking and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with inventory procedures, maintain complete documentation for audits, and recommend improvements to inventory control processes.
