Job summary

Excelin Marketing OPC is seeking a reliable Warehouse Stockman to ensure accurate inventory records and smooth warehouse operations in Metro Manila.

You will receive, inspect, store, pick, and issue stocks; monitor stock levels; maintain organized storage areas; and document stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns. The role requires honesty, detail orientation, physical ability to lift and move stock, and willingness to work overtime when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required; vocational or college education is an advantage.
• Experience in warehouse operations or inventory handling is an advantage.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving stocks.
• Honest, organized, detail-oriented and responsible.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stocks against delivery documents.
• Arrange and store stocks in designated locations.
• Pick, prepare, and issue stocks based on approved requests and delivery requirements.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods while ensuring proper handling.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
• Ensure proper documentation of stock receipts, issuances, transfers, and returns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
