Job summary

VISMAY INTERNATIONAL CORP. is looking for an Inventory Supervisory to oversee stock levels across stores and warehouses in Metro Manila.

You will ensure accurate records, timely replenishment, and coordination with operations, warehouse, and purchasing teams to prevent shortages and overstocking. The role requires a bachelor's degree and experience in inventory management or retail operations, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or retail operations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Experience in retail, gaming, or electronics industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, slow-moving items, and stock variances.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and store operations teams regarding stock movement and replenishment.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, transfer, and issuance of products.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Prepare inventory reports and recommendations for management.
• Investigate inventory issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory standards.
• Supervise and guide inventory staff when necessary.
