Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Experience in supervisory or team leadership is an advantage.
• Proficient in inventory management and stock control processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping.
• Willing to work onsite and extended hours if necessary.
• Proficient in Excel and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory operations including receiving, storing, releasing, and monitoring of materials and equipment.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory records and stock movement documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Conduct reconciliation of variances
• Lead and guide inventory staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and other departments regarding inventory concerns.
• Prepare inventory reports and submit updates to management.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of inventory items.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and company policies.
• Lead and guide Inventory Staff
