Job summary

Robinsons Supermarket Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant to support efficient inventory management, ensure accuracy, availability, and proper stock rotation in the warehouse. You will perform cycle counts, monitor stock levels, assist in receiving and labeling, and update records in the warehouse management system (WMS), helping minimize shrinkage.

A bachelor's degree in logistics or related field and at least 1 year in inventory control or warehouse operations are required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Experience in retail operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to Inventory Control Manager.
• Assist in receiving, labeling, and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
• Support efforts to minimize inventory shrinkage and waste.
• Update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Assist in periodic physical inventory audits and reconcile results with system data.
