Job description

• Verify the quantity and condition of delivered goods against purchase orders or invoices, noting any discrepancies or damages. Accurately record these items into the inventory management system.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels: Regularly count and reconcile inventory stocks, investigate discrepancies, and update inventory records. This may involve using scanners or other inventory tracking tools.
• Prepare and fulfill orders: Pick, pack, and ship orders according to customer requests or internal requisitions. Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and prepare necessary shipping documentation.

• Inventory management requires meticulous record-keeping and a high degree of accuracy to avoid discrepancies and losses. The ability to count accurately and double-check work is essential.
