Job summary

Jammas Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to receive, count, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders and delivery documents, recording transactions in our inventory system, and monitoring stock levels.

The role involves cycle counts, labeling and organizing inventory, issuing stock to departments or customers, and resolving discrepancies. Candidates will maintain accurate filing and documentation, follow safety procedures, and communicate inventory status to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders and delivery documents
• Record inventory transactions accurately in inventory management systems
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overages, or damaged goods
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
• Label, organize, and store inventory according to company standards
• Issue inventory to departments or customers as required
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Communicate inventory status to supervisors or management
