Job summary

1Rotary Trading Corporation is seeking an Inventory Auditor to document, evaluate, and improve our company's processes through thorough audits.

You will design and implement audit procedures, prepare findings and recommendations, ensure compliance with all plans, policies, and standards, and follow up on corrective actions. The role may involve fieldwork and collaboration with HR and Operations to uphold accountability and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills required.
• Ability to apply governance, risk, and compliance concepts.
• Familiarity with sustainability tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collate and file every audit report accurately.

The Inventory Auditor is responsible for audits to document, collate, and evaluate the overall processes and procedures of the company.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assists in developing audit objectives by reviewing available information and conducting research.
• Helps design, implements and maintains internal audit procedures and risk assessment processes.
• Prepares audit findings, write audit reports, and develop recommendations to improve processes.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable plans, policies, and standards.
• Ensures accuracy of auditing formation from the team.
• Follows up on audit findings and recommendations.
• Closely works with HR and Operations to impose disciplinary actions and develops strategies for process improvement.
• Collates and ensure proper filing of every audit report.

• Graduate of any 4 year course or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 relevant work experience in compliance audit.
• Strong analytical skills
• Good governance, risk, social responsibility, compliance, environment and sustainability tracking.
• Strict in implementing SOPs (policies and procedures)
