• Accurately log inventory using manual or digital systems.

• Rotate stock using FIFO to reduce spoilage and waste.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of food supplies per safety regulations.
• Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and audits.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, suppliers, and other departments for smooth inventory flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas (pantry, walk-in cooler, freezer).
• Support inventory forecasting based on consumption trends and upcoming needs.
• Adhere to all food handling and storage safety protocols (HACCP, local health regulations).
