Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, accounting, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in inventory management or stock control is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Proficient with Excel and data handling.
• Fast-paced retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Conduct counts, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Track stock movement, transfers, receiving, and adjustments.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide trend insights.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies and controls.
• Coordinate with Store Ops, Warehouse, and other departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and reduce losses.
