Job summary

2GO Group, Inc. requires a Warehouse Inventory Clerk in Taguig to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure real-time recording of all movements.

You will perform cycle counts, verify variances, and coordinate with the Inventory Management team for stock adjustments and reporting. The role asks for a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, 1 year warehousing experience, and working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1 year work experience in warehousing/inventory management.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Good Warehouse Practice.

Responsibilities

• Regularly conducts cycle counting with Inventory Management Counters.
• Validates, analyzes and reconciles variances between actual stocks and system inventory.
• Prepares and submits Inventory Records Accuracy (IRA) reports to IM and Operations.
• Coordinates stock adjustments with Principal for discrepancy items.
• Ensures FIFO policy compliance when applicable.
• Monitors stock movements and bin-to-bin transactions as needed.
• Files inventory documents in an organized, systematic manner.
