Job summary

2GO Group in the Philippines is seeking an Inventory Control professional responsible for maintaining accurate inventory based on targets by ensuring stock movements are recorded in real-time and in the system. You will perform cycle counts, reconcile variances, prepare IRA reports, process stock adjustments, and coordinate with the principal and warehouse team.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and at least 1 year in warehousing or inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1 year work experience in warehousing/inventory management.
• Working knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Good Warehouse Practice.

Responsibilities

• Regularly conducts cycle counting with Inventory Management Counters.
• Validates and reconciles variances between actual stocks and system.
• Prepares IRA reports and submits to IM and Operations.
• Prepares stock adjustment requests for discrepancies.
• Processes stock adjustments in the system.
• Coordinates with Principal on stock adjustments and disposition.
• Assists in Wall-to-Wall Physical Inventory Count.
• Prepares Stock-On-Hand and Aging reports as scheduled.
• Ensures damaged stocks are documented and reported for disposition.
• Evaluates inventory levels and reports abnormalities.
