Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or related role.
• With financial statement experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure stock availability.
• Prepare reports and forecasts related to demand planning, inventory, and logistics performance.
• Assist in managing supplier performance and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth supply chain operations.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery or supply-related concerns.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of supply chain transactions and activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
