Job summary

UNITOP GENERAL MERCHANDISE, INC. is seeking an Inventory Analyst to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels across branches and warehouses in Metro Manila.

You will analyze reports to identify overstocked or obsolete items and prepare aging reports with recommended actions. You will also track stock turnover using KPIs and coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Branch Operations to ensure accurate stock movements and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Less than 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels across all branches and warehouses.
• Analyze inventory reports to identify overstocked, understocked, slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete items.
• Prepare inventory aging reports and recommend appropriate actions such as replenishment, redistribution, promotions, or disposal.
• Monitor stock turnover and inventory performance using established key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department regarding reorder quantities and purchasing schedules based on inventory analysis.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Branch Operations to verify inventory movements and stock availability.
• Generate regular inventory analysis reports for management
• Other tasks initiated by the Management
