Job summary

VIFEL ICEPLANT and COLD STORAGE INC. in Meycauayan seeks an Inventory Clerk to monitor daily stock levels, encode receiving and withdrawal transactions, and reconcile discrepancies. You will also prepare monthly summaries of client inventories and generate weekly reports.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and be proficient in MS Excel, with willingness to work on-site. The role requires attention to detail and timely task completion under supervision of the Inventory Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update daily inventory for assigned customers.
• Verify computations against physical stock counts.
• Adjust errors and report discrepancies with reasons.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Assist clients with inventory inquiries.
• Plan and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Generate and maintain weekly inventory reports.
• Submit daily inventory reports and other customer reports by email.
• Prepare monthly inventory summaries and reconcile with finance or customer representatives.
• Maintain documentation of warehouse transactions and ensure no missing series numbers.
• Summarize customer inventories for Warehouse Checkers.
• Prepare occupancy reports for customer stocks in the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Inventory Supervisor.

Job Description

• Monitors and updates assigned customers' daily inventory; encodes the receiving and withdrawal transactions.
• Verifies clerical computations against the physical count of stock
• Adjust errors in computation and report reasons for discrepancies
• Reconcile Inventory discrepancies
• Assist clients' concerns about the inventory of their stocks.
• Plan and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Generate and maintain weekly reports on inventory levels
• Submits the daily inventory report and other reports of the assigned customers thru email.
• Prepares the inventory summary of the customers when there is a monthly physical count of materials and full goods inventory. Reconciles inventory results with finance or customers' representative and explains inventory differences
• Monitors the series of all the documents we used in warehouse transactions and ensures no missing series number. Submits the summary of the canceled documents.
• Summarizes all the inventory of the customers as a reference for the Warehouse Checkers
• Summarizes all the stocks of the customers in the warehouse and submits the Occupancy Report
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Inventory Supervisor.
