Job summary

RMG Hospital Supply, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Administrative Inventory Assistant to support stock movement, data encoding, and reporting in the inventory system.

You will coordinate with the Inventory Assistant to verify quantities, assist in inventory counts, and help generate forecasts for Sales and Marketing while handling product availability inquiries.

Qualifications

• 2-year vocational or 4-year bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year experience as admin assistant or rank-and-file worker.
• Experience in stock inventory monitoring (bin cards, bookkeeping, clerk work).
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, Pivot Tables/Charts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in encoding all inventory movement in the system.
• Coordinate with Inventory Assistant to verify quantities in the system.
• Support inventory counts (spot, midyear, year-end) and update records.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports on inventory quantities and movements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in encoding all inventory movement (sales, returns, samples, shipment in the inventory system
• Coordinates with the Inventory Assistant to check validity of quantities in the Inventory System
• Assists in conducting spot check, midyear, and year end inventory counts to update inventory
• Assists in generating quarterly and annual reports on inventory quantities and item movement to assist Sales and Marketing on forecasts
• Assist in determining the item ranking based on information generated by the system
• Assists the Inventory Assistant in their recommendation on purchases based on needs and warehouse capacity
• Receives and forwards sales orders sent by Customer Service Sales Associate to Logistics Team for preparation
• Answer queries regarding product availability and quantities
• Coordinates with Supply Chain Assistant on needs of Inventory management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of 2-year vocational or 4-year bachelor’s degree
• Has at least 1-year experience as an admin assistant or rank-and-file worker
• Has experience in stock inventory monitoring (bin cards, bookkeeping, clerk work)
• Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Google Sheets, Pivot Charts and Tables
• Can converse and write documents using basic English language
• Have experience writing emails and other online correspondence
• Is willing to work odd hours if needed
• Can work in any environment and can work long hours
