Inventory Management
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels of finished goods, baked products, and trade items in the warehouse.
- Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure system accuracy.
- Generate inventory reports to identify trends, shortages, overages, or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with production, sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to align stock levels with demand.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the system (e.g., ERP or inventory management software).
- Recommend improvements in stock control and storage strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal inventory policies and procedures.
- Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, or any related field.
- With at least1-2 years of experience in inventory analysis, warehouse coordination, or a similar role (experience in FMCG is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory systems or ERP tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends or holidays if needed.
