Job summary

Eagle Star Industrial Sales Corporation is seeking an Inventory/Accounts Clerk in Batangas to manage inventory, purchases, and POS operations. You will encode stock, process PROs, reconcile POS data, and support accounting records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, accounting, or related functions; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Experience in inventory systems, preferably E-Count or similar ERP/accounting software.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management, purchasing processes, and POS operations.
• Willing to be assigned in Alitagtag, Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control all food and non-food inventory stocks.
• Encode inventory transactions and records in the E-Count system.
• Prepare and process Purchase Request Orders (PRO).
• Monitor deliveries and verify received items against purchase documents.
• Point of Sale (POS) management; reconcile POS transactions with sales and collections.
• Cashiering and guest billing; prepare and issue Statements of Account (SOA) for guest check-outs.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate collection records.
• Maintain organized records of inventory, purchases, and operational expenses.
• Assist in reconciliation of inventory balances and accounting records.
• Monitor office equipment inventory and movement; maintain records of office supplies issuance and utilization.
• Outside purchase of urgent operational requirements; perform other duties as assigned by management.
