Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory procedures.
• Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge or internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recording daily accounting transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, vouchers, purchase orders, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring.
• Verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.
• Monitor payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
• Monitor and maintain inventory records; record transactions and conduct counts.
