Job summary

Eastvantage is seeking an experienced End User Computing Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise Modern Workplace environments. You will architect and manage Microsoft Intune solutions for devices, security, and compliance, and lead deployment of Microsoft 365 and endpoint strategies.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise with Windows 10/11, Autopilot, and endpoint management, plus experience with Apple Business Manager and Samsung Knox.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EUC/Endpoint/Modern Workplace experience or Technology Architecture
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, and Autopilot
• Experience in endpoint security, compliance, deployment, and patch management
• Experience managing Apple/iOS and Android environments
• Strong Microsoft 365/Office 365 experience
• Experience with solution architecture, testing, deployment and change management
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Design and support enterprise Modern Workplace architecture
• Architect and manage Microsoft Intune solutions for devices, security, and compliance
• Lead deployment, testing, and release of Microsoft 365 and endpoints
• Manage Windows 10/11, Autopilot, SOE, apps and endpoint updates
• Administer Apple Business Manager and Samsung Knox for mobile devices
• Oversee endpoint security, policies, and remediation
• Resolve complex EUC and Service Desk escalations
• Collaborate with projects, vendors, and IT stakeholders
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, and provide mentoring
