Region 9 School of Applied Technology in Mexico, Maine is seeking an Introduction to Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program Instructor to begin August 2026. The role focuses on guiding ninth‑grade students through foundational concepts and hands‑on experiences in the skilled trades.
The instructor will teach across four programs, adapt experiences to student interests, and provide supervision and mentoring as needed. Certification requirements and CHRC compliance are required upon hire.

Introduction to Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program Instructor
The Instructor for our Intro to CTE Program introduces students (mainly 9th graders) to foundational concepts and hands‑on experiences in the skilled trades. Instruction is based on the programs offered at Region 9 and will include four weeks of experiences in four of our programs. The programs selected for this program will in part be based on the experiences and interests of the individual hired to teach the program.
