Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an International Mobility Advisor to support employee mobility across regions by providing expert guidance and operational support throughout the mobility lifecycle.

You will collaborate with employees, business leaders, and external partners to deliver an efficient, compliant, and employee-focused experience, while continuously improving how we work to move people forward.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in International Mobility or Global Mobility Operations.
• Experience supporting Long-Term Assignments, Short-Term Assignments, and Foreign Local Hire programs across APAC and/or EMEA regions.
• Passion for delivering excellent service and creating positive employee experiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working constructively.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow is an advantage.
