Job summary

World Health Organization seeks an International Consultant to operate and enhance the WPRO Health Data Platform and related digital tools in Manila, Philippines. The role focuses on design, deployment, analysis, permissions management, and reporting across platforms for health programmes.

The consultant will advance the Primary Health Care Maturity Index, ensure data quality, and deliver dashboards while aligning with global data standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in information and technology, computer science, technology management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience developing and managing information/databases.
• Experience in full-stack web development and health data systems.
• Experience with online survey platforms and dashboards preferred.
• Knowledge of DHIS2 and secure user administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the WPRO Regional Data Platform and Data Explorer.
• Maintain and extend country health intelligence platforms and dashboards.
• Build and operationalize the Primary Health Care Maturity Index app and dashboards.
• Maintain AI-assisted analysis features with data protection controls.
• Maintain the online survey system and custom data collection tools.
